SoldModel F582 Ribbon chair by Pierre Paulin for Artifort, Netherlands - 1966. Thebric chair still has the original red wool Kvadrat fabric and pressed wood pedestal in a silver / aluminium colored lacquer. The fabric is in very good condition. The pedestal has some damages to the lacquer. Re-upholstering is certainly not necessary but possible on request.

Sold'Lotus' lounge chair by Rob Parry for Gelderland in new upholstery by Keymer Essential Fabrics, Netherlands - circa 1950. The chair features black lacquered teak wood, chrome base, brass head supportbar and a beautiful new wool upholstery from the 2023/2024 collection. This chair was used for a big interior design fair and now available for purchase.

Very comfortable lounge chair by Roche Bobois, France / Italy - circa 1970. The leather has nice patina with normal signs of age and use. No tears or holes. The chair is labeled Roche Bobois, Italy. Although Roche Bobois is a French company some items were produced in Italy for their craftsmanship manufacturing skills.

SoldS33 'Freischwinger' dining chair designed by Mart Stam for Thonet - Germany, 1926. Stam was de ontwerper van de eerste achterpootloze, stalen buisstoel of de Freischwinger. Een schets daarvan maakte hij op 22 november 1926 tijdens het diner in het Stuttgarter hotel Marquart met blauwe stift op de achterkant van de huwelijksannonce van de schilder Willi Baumeister, in het bijzijn van onder anderen Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. Deze annonce zou zich nu bevinden in het Mies van der Rohe-archief van het MoMA te New York. De stoel werd in 1927 als eerste in productie genomen door de Duitse firma Lorenz. Stams intellectuele eigendom van deze stoel werd het voorwerp van een rechtszaak. Duitse rechters stelden in 1932 na langdurige rechtszaken vast dat niet Marcel Breuer maar Mart Stam deze stoel zes jaar eerder had ontworpen. In 1927 toonden zowel Mart Stam als Mies van der Rohe hun verschillende versies van dit idee in hun woningen in de Weißenhofsiedlung te Stuttgart. In die stad bouwde hij meerdere woningen.

The set is still in its original 1970's funky mohair velvet fabric. It features a two seat sofa, two single seats (can be added to sofa) and one square coffee table with lowered department. The top of the coffee table as well as the bases (feet) of the seating is made of brushed stainless steel. The overal condition is still good with normal signs of age and use. One seat cushion has a slightly noticeable cleaned stain. The whole set has been cleaned professionally. Curved Danish sofa and arm lounge chair in original Mohair velvet fabric and teak legs, circa 1950. The Mohair fabric is still original and in very good condition with minor signs of age and use. Depending on the angle and light the colour changes significantly from light olive green to a sort of olive silver.
